We challenge ourselves not because we can but because we want to. We are a community that supports one another without judgment. We welcome one another with open arms. We fight for & support equality. We are the crazy ones that sweat to look good & commit to feel amazing. We believe in intensity, power, vigor & absolutely no limits - all at the same time we have trust in recovery, letting go, healing & surrendering. We raise our water bottles to change. 

We are Metamorphosis.

In Spring 2014, we opened with our first brick-and-mortar location in Pasadena, California, offering our Signature Shred Reformer classes. Since then, Studio Metamorphosis has grown to three Los Angeles locations. In Spring 2020, we launched ‘Morph-at-Home’, our live-stream and on-demand workouts. We are debuting our proprietary, at-home, Studio Metamorphosis reformer this holiday season, so we can bring our signature Shred workout straight to you whenever you crave it.
